Synopsis
The story behind Man of God.
Man of God is a compelling coming-of-age drama about faith, identity, rebellion and self-discovery. The story follows a young man raised in a deeply religious home who struggles with the expectations placed on him by family, faith and society.
Determined to define life on his own terms, he steps away from the world he was born into and pursues ambition, love, music and personal freedom. But as he moves further from his roots, he is forced to confront the consequences of his choices and the unresolved conflict between who he is and who he is expected to become.
A Netflix Original, Man of God explores the tension between spirituality and desire, tradition and modernity, family loyalty and personal ambition. It is a deeply human story about purpose, temptation, redemption and the search for truth.
